You can go to Project > Change > Project Settings > Projects.
If there is any project in the list, change the version.
Or else go to the PPSSPP files, find the two files:
PPSSPP.exe and PPSSPP.exe.patch
change the'version' to the newest version.

DeKalb County police say a 5-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his 6-year-old brother early Sunday.
Police say it happened in the 200 block of Park Row around 5 a.m.
The shooter was a 16-year-old boy who was playing with a BB gun when it accidentally fired and hit his brother in the head.
The older boy's mother was also home at the time of the shooting and told police she woke up when she heard the gun go off and immediately called the police.
The gun was in a safe in the house but police say the gun was loaded and a shell had been chambered.
Police say the boys' father was not at home at the time.
The boy's father is a deputy with the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department and was at work at the time of the shooting.
The shooter has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday. }
